Service to others remains central to Elite Elevator of New York. We recognize that access within a home can be a serious challenge for veterans living with service-connected disabilities.
Practical Assistance at Home
Subject to individual eligibility, location, project feasibility, and program resources, Elite may offer assistance with maintenance and repairs for qualifying residential elevator or lift equipment at a veteran’s primary residence.
Potential support may also include low- or no-cost new accessibility installations or modernization projects where suitable and resources allow. Every request is evaluated individually; assistance is not guaranteed.
How to Ask About Assistance
Please begin with general contact and equipment information; do not email medical records.
Tell us about your needs
Share your location, existing equipment or access challenges, and the best way to reach you.
Discuss eligibility and scope
We’ll explain current availability and, where appropriate, evaluate the equipment or proposed installation.
Consider a practical solution
Our team can discuss available forms of assistance, scheduling, and any costs before work is authorized.
Coordinate next steps
If assistance is available, we’ll explain the process and keep you informed throughout the project.
Honoring Those Who Served
We recognize service members and veterans of the U.S. Army, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, and Coast Guard.
